After spending too much of my life chasing busy and pursuing perfection, I finally realized I was lusting after everybody else’s idea of success. I discovered that productivity isn’t about doing more, it’s doing what’s most important.

This is why I do what I do…

This video was shot years before my son hit his now 6’3” height and before my youngest started learning how to drive. I could call it the good old days, but 20 years from now, today will be the good old days.

This video helps remind me of that.

Tanya has been featured in some of the world’s leading publications including Forbes, Inc, Fast Company, and Real Simple.

For decades I spent my life overperfecting and overachieving… wearing myself out simply because I thought overwhelm was simply the state in which I was supposed to live.

Overwhelmed.

This is the word I hear from so many women when they describe how they feel about their days. It doesn’t seem to matter how old they are, what season of life they’re in, or what job they do. Overwhelm is the thread that connects each of them.

Overwhelmed by their responsibilities. Overwhelmed by their lives. Overwhelmed by their own to- do lists. Overwhelmingly overwhelmed.

Here’s some truth I want to share with you: Overwhelm isn’t having too much to do; it’s not knowing where to start.

Purposeful Productivity gives us clarity on where to start. Let me help you start.
