In this episode we will be talking about the importance of personal mission statements. Having a mission statement is the key element in focusing on your priorities and will help you find your purpose. A solid mission statement will give you permission you need to help prioritize and get rid of the distractions so you can go for the goals that are important to you.

    • Make a list of 6 people you admire. Write down the qualities that you admire them for, about 5-8 for each.
